Our goal for this fireplace renovation was to transform the existing design into a more balanced and visually appealing feature that complements the room. By combining classic detailing with modern finishes, we aimed to create a timeless look while ensuring durability and functionality. Every detail, from the tilework to the final refinishing, was carefully considered to achieve a high-quality finish.

The project involved lowering the original fireplace surround to achieve better proportions within the room. We installed classic white subway tiles with dark grout, creating a stylish contrast while maintaining a timeless look. The entire fireplace surround was sanded, repainted, and refinished to enhance its detailing and complement the updated design. The hearth was also adjusted to align seamlessly with the new dimensions. To complete the transformation, we installed a freestanding electric stove, providing both aesthetic appeal and practical heating. Finally, we ensured all elements were carefully fitted and finished for a high-quality result.
